    This was second iPad cover I bought. First one was a non-Apple cover & I couldn't get it to fit (even tho it was 'made' for my model?). I returned it to buy this one. Fits fine--puts the iPad to sleep when you close it. It seemed a little costly. Wish it could prop up the iPad when reading from my lap.

    Does a great job at covering the iPad overall. The only issue I have with it is a lack of stability when folded and being used as a prop to hold the iPad. Sometimes the cover will collapse and let the iPad fall. Thankfully, this has not happened on a hard surface njor led to any damage

    I ended up returning this product as it did not protect my iPad to the extent that I felt comfortable. It just protects the screen as opposed to the back and sides. If you set the iPad down on a scratchy surface, the iPad has no back protection support.

    Can't go wrong with the standard case. I would recommend buying a screen protector (glass) as well.
