The cover itself is fine however the the previous version had a back to protect the iPad.

Works as advertised. No issues. Fairly inexpensive. You get what you pay for.

I am disappointed (once again) by this Apple product just as I am with their phone cases. First of all, the cover does not attach to the iPad except for a magnetic strip. This easily pulls off. Second, the cover is only for the main screen - not the back. I bought it for protection, but it was disappointing...

We've had this style cover before on a previous iPad version. It adjusts well for reading and snaps closed effectively.

I had an old (iPad2), it was way too slow on the internet I liked the cover that I had on it and was so pleased when I found the exact thing for my new model. Fits and functions perfectly.

I wanted to get an Apple Smart Cover for my new iPad but thought the price too high. I found it available as an "Open Box" item at a very good price. It was in perfect condition...like new.

Good cover to protect the screen, but as all apple products, expensive.

Works well. Only issue is that you can’t tell it’s a front cover only if you don’t know that could be an option.

the magnets and the fact it turns into a stand is great, but pretty expensive.

Works well with the magnetized strip. Hope the strip does not rip off like my first one did.

I prefer the Apple OEM Smart Covers for my iPads, and this was a great discounted deal simply because the product listing hasn't been updated to match the current year's models!

Build quality is good. Works perfectly every time. Slim and low profile design makes it very portable

This is a basic cover for an iPad. It attaches to a he back and covers the screen. No padding or protection if the iPad is dropped. Had method to prop up iPad in upright position for reading. If you’re looking for something to protect the screen and not much more this is what you need. It was the least expensive cover at Best Buy.

Clips on to the iPad well. the top is sturdy. Keeps dust off of the screen. Happy with the purchase.

If your looking for something sleek and low profile this is perfect! I got it for my mom as a birthday gift and she absolutely loves it.

This is a nice cover which remains thin as it serves the needed function. It does seem overpriced, however.

I like the way this cover holds the iPad upright for watching a movie, however I don’t like that the cover does not have that much durability to protect my iPad overall from cracked screens and if I drop it. It is a very flimsy cover overall and not a very protective cover at all. It does not protect the back of the iPad at all
