Paid for new item-shipped a used/returned item

I paid $40 each-and the used one showed signs of use and was marked "returned/open box" and priced at $34 . I have spent 3 hrs on 5 different occasions t/w customer service-and assured I would see a 6.40 credit within 3-5 days . I have yet to receive this credit .

I was able to return it for a refund to a local store. Unfortunately, that store did not have the correct item, either.

Cover wouldn't lay flat against iPad Pro

One of the very few times I've been disappointed with an Apple product.
