    I used a Smart Cover on my iPad2 and it worked as advertised. Protected the screen and also folded to double as a stand. Purchased a Smart Cover for iPad mini it protects the screen but is horrible as a stand either upright or lying down.

    It looks nice and the magnets work great. I think it looks great with the clear back. The only complaint I have is that when you fold it to make a stand it props the mini up about 1 inch. I wish it propped it up a little more. It is nice enough though, and pretty expensive, so I will use it as is.

    I like it s thin and light weigh. But standing is little unstable. I have same cover for iPad. It is ok. Maybe this is factory defeated.??
