I don't like this cover. I returned and get another one.

Wish it was a full protector. Not enough protection

Not a good cover at all. Hardly protects the tablet.

The cover is decent but it will make the iPad really heavy and it will be very difficult to use the volume buttons. One needs to press very hard to change the volume. Not recommended unless one travels a lot; is clumsy; or has children using it who may drop it.

It's a good basic. Cover but doesn't protect very well.

I was hesitant to buy this due to the premium price, but I'm happy that I did. I had been happy with a SwitchEasy Canvas on my iPad 3, so I ordered the mini version. Unfortunately, it didn't fit the iPad mini with retina display so I headed to Best Buy to consider alternatives. I looked at options by Incase, Zagg, and Logitech, but kept coming back to the Apple's Smart Case. Ultimately, I left the store with Apple's Smart Case, somewhat concerned I'd paid extra "Apple tax." When I opened the box I was happy to find a superb piece of design made of custom formed leather that fit the iPad mini like a glove. It's much thinner than most cases and I like that. So many cases seem to add unnecessary bulk. That may offer extra protection, but I'm prefer something thinner and lighter. I also dig the tan leather. It reminds me of a 1970s briefcase. All in all, I'm extremely happy with this case.

I didn't like this because it only covers the front of the Ipad and I took it back because I wanted something that covered the front and back

I will be returning it. Cover only protects front if it stays on with. Angelic attraction. Norotection for the sides and back of iPad. Not what was described to me.

This is not strong enough to hold up the iPad. They suggest two ways to use this case and neither work. I tried to return this but best buy has a 15 day return policy even if it was a gift!!! Truly won't be buying from best by ever again. Disrespectful customer service, terrible return policy, cruddy product!

Returned this cover as soon as I tried on the mini ipad because it did not provide protection to the back of the device. The back could easitly scratch with this type of cover.

I ended up returning this. For the money I didn't think that it was very good. It kept coming off. I liked the compactness of it, but decided to buy a diifferent one.

I bought this item thinking that it was a co ear for my iPad. When I leatnef that it was designed to cover one side I was extremely disappointed. Then I tried to return the item for either a refund or store credit I was told that I only had fifteen days and I was five days overdue so they would accept it. So disappointed at least other stores give you thirty days. Won't be going back. Will find another electronic store that would appreciate my patronage.

When I held the device by the cover, it fell off multiple times. I strongly suggest a smart case. This will only cause you to drop your iPad.

When I bought my iPad I didn't want to purchase a cover that would cover up the well designed iPad but I still wanted to make sure that it was protected. This cover is perfect, it's not bulky like other covers. I like that it puts the iPad to sleep once I close it and automitically turns it back on the instint I open it. The cover can also be used as a stand so I didn't have to purchase a separate one. So this cover protects my screen, saves battery life, is as thin as ever, I can use it as a stand (a couple different and cool ways) and I choose the color I wanted. You won't be disappointed.

This cover is ok, but it does not give slip resistance to the rear of the ipad. A better cover is made by Targus.
