The only problem I had is miscommunication to install the ring. Then when I finally had it installed, the technician put the wrong email. Had to call again to have it fixed.

The service was good, person was able to make it, but reschedule for the next day.

Best Buy uses third party installers to do the job. The problem is when they don’t know how to set up the equipment. The guys installed the smart locks but was completely clueless how to program it to the app or fix the lock to smoothly engage the door. Very dissatisfied with the company for this wasted $300
