Thank you for the service. They just install it right quick and do the setup.

The deadbolt needed to be aligned the service tech said he could not do that. It cost me over $120 to gets locksmith to do o five minute job. Also the tech didn’t know this lock had smart key capability when I asked.

Did the install nest doorbell and two nest locks and set up on the app worked with me to make sure I knew how to use it.

The agents came in gotit done fast and cleaned up the all of there mess and made sure I was well informed before leaving

They get the job done but you have to tell them where you wanted.

Great job installing my new lock and getting it work on the app.
