Fast and easy installation

Geek Squad Installed My Ring Doorbell

Intalled wireless door lock

Geek squad installed Yale X Nest lock

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We paid $ 99.00 to have our Smart Lock Installed and they took our money and ran. This was a waste of money!!!!!! We would have been better off doing it ourselves. The man they sent did not know what he was doing. August Smart Lock shows you on their App what to do and it still was not done right as our Smart Lock did not work lie it should have. When we went to use the App to Lock our front door it did not Lock. We called the installer for help and he did not even have the courtesy to call us back. Then the next day BestBuy called to ask us how did the Installation go???? we told them the Smart Lock did not work. Best Buy told us they would call us back in a day or two to rectify our problem. It is now almost Three Weeks later and we never received a call. We had to pay somebody else to get the Smart Lock working. You are better off installing the Smart Lock yourself or hiring a handyman to install the Smart Lock as having Best Buy do it is a waste of your money.

We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive the follow-up you were promised and we apologize for your having felt compelled to go elsewhere to have the service completed.
