    Installer failed to complete the job and left.

    Third Party installer sent by Best Buy couldn't complete the job. The dead bolt wouldn't completely extend. He re-boxed it and left

    Horrible installation. He installed it incorrectly and did not explain anything. The lock was defective because of his incompetence and it took weeks for repairmen to fix it. The call center constantly dropped my calls and took weeks to send anyone out. Only Peter, the last contractor was helpful.

    Took 2 days to install. The man who installed it creeped out my wife and took her phone all day, logged into my Google account through his phone and changed my settings including changing my recovery email to his. All without consent or our knowledge

    Door lock was installed improperly and did not work!! Had to call the manufacturer to reset the factory code and creat an entry code. Also, the lock/bolt assembly did not prpoerly close. I had to adjust the assembly to fix the lock.

    It was sooo many issues with getting the lock installed and then trying to get it cancelled. I had to call way to many times to get the situation addressed. I ended up cancelling everything for the lock.

    3rd party contractor hired by Geek Squad. What a joke. Lock is crooked, left without replacing striker plate and routed out the door frame with the end of his drill! Total Tech is not worth the money we are paying for it when they hire idiots to do work for them. #regrets

    The technician communicated poorly, rushed through the set-up steps, became frustrated because he didn't follow the steps. We had to call the vendor directly for support.

    Technician didn’t have proper equipment to make an appropriate hole in wooden door to apply and secure the product so I had them return product.

    The person installed the lock incorrectly

    Asked the person installing the lock to make there own hole in the door in order to install lock. They didn’t and installed lock in the hole where the door knob is supposed to go. Haven’t been able to get someone else to come out since June and the next available appointment is in August...

    It was A Very horrible experience. Lock was not installed correctly and technician stopped answering the phone. He look like he came off off the streets. Quick messed up job. They are supposed to send a real Greek squad out. Will update after

    The squad kept cancelling the appointment, we ended up installing ourselves and still do not have maximum use of product.

    They did a poor job of installing on my door, I had to take off and redo as they didn't properly line the rubber protector with the frame of the lock against the door.

    Guy had no idea what he was doing had to watch a utube video and then decided it did not fit in the door and left. I hadto figure it out myself

    My Security Stystem needs to be installed. I am still waiting for someone to complete the job after trying for 5 times. Maybe the sixth time things will work out.

    Installation stopped working the next day

    So, a guy from Best Buy came in. Installed my product. Left Onda day later, product stopped working, Best Buy went silent. I’ve been trying to schedule a new appointment but never get an answer. It is a shame
