    St Pete store doesn't drill holes..Waste of my time using this store. I checked with my regular store and they would have done it. Hired a handyman .half the price..

    front door install by a contractor- messy job - ensure someone from the Geek squad comes and installs your products.

    they installed it and after they left, it stopped working so I hired them to come out and it happened twice. Not happy at all.

    Locks did not get set up correctly. App was not set up at all and initial pass code does not work.

    Geek Squad was unable to get the door lock to work. It would not pair with the wi-fi in the house.

    He was unable to install it appropriately and had to remove part of our lock. Often times does not respond to our simply safe app.

    The company that was hired was terrible and very unprofessional, the person bad mouthed Best Buy every second he could.

    Installer didn't spend time to line bolt up with the side of the door. Have to play with the door to use lock properly. You should reinstall.
