Nightmare
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installer drilled a hole through the door frame. It was a nightmare to submit the claim for repair. BestBuy does not have a good claims service. It is outsourced to a third party and they make you do all the work and get quotes, etc. I haven’t received settlement yet which is not even close to damage done to my door. I was just fed up and wanted to close this.
