This was my first experience having Best Buy's Geek Squad do an installation. We had the Yale x Nest small lock installed on our front door. lIt was quick and easy and set up perfectly in no time. We've had no problems and are happy with the product and installation.

Installation was OK. but the person making the install was not a Geek Squad Agent. He was a contractor assigned by Geek Squad. It was the first time he had seen this lock, and had to follow the instructions just like I would have had to. I could have done it myself, it was very simple.

Awesome service. Joe installed the lock neatly and Setup the Wi-Fi with lock , helped me in setting up Registration and explained the features very clearly and patiently.

The lock is great. Installation didn't take long. Very easy to operate manually or via smart device.

The product need an upgrade connection to be connected to Wi-Fi . First, the sales person does not mention it during my purchase . After it first installed, the installer asked for the items which I don’t have. I went back to Best Buy but you don’t carry it. I ordered from Yale and when it arrived, I made an appointment but nobody showed up. I am glad I called one hour before the window expired. I was so prostrated waisting several hours and no bode called me.

My installer was great! He knew what he was doing and had my lock installed in no time. He also helped me set up the app. I am very pleased with the service he provided.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but the product is excellent and the service team is very patient.

Our Geek Squad guy was super fast installing the lock and we have been having fun using our phones and the keypad to lock and unlock the door.

Our smart lock installation went so smoothly, I really couldn’t believe it. They not only remove the existing hardware and install the new hardware, they taught us how to use it so will be up and running from the first moment!

Easy to operate, no hassle of keys. 4 digit code to enter or you can use your smart phone to get it. Cool thing, is you can open the door even you are away from your home for your friends or relatives to your home.
