They would not allow me to give a zero star review. Three appointments for install. One install was changed( not by me) to a delivery. Three appointments, three no shows. No calls from Best Buy or the installer to explain or inform me they were not coming. I cancelled the install.

The agents mounted and connected the flood lights to the app. Everything is working well.

The guys were great in installation and also information of the use of the product. Kudos!

My appointment was originally between 7:30 and 10:30 then it was changed to 6:30 to 9:30 the installer was not notified of the change and called at 8:00 and said his van broke down and he would be here at 10:00 he arrived at 10:30 and was unable to get the camera to work said we need an extender this company is terrible you can’t even talk to a live person I will never use the company again

Tim, the gentleman that installed our floodlight was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and personable! He set everything up for me on my app and explained everything as we went along. We were up and running in no time. I would highly recommend him and would request him in the future if we need any other devices installed.

They installed my Ring products perfectly. They showed up and did an excellent job!!!

They installed the lights fast the installer program the system and fully explained all features great service.

It was good and easy install. Had some trouble connecting it but eventually got it to work. something about 5G vs 2.4g

The tech that with our install called before arriving giving us a heads up he was on his way. Arrived on time. Took care of our install in an extremely timely manner, was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable about all we needed taken care of!!!

My flood light camera was installed. They were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I purchase all of my items from Best Buy. I am a loyal customer and I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you.

This was not installed by geek squad, it was an outside vendor. The guys were nice but didn't really seem to know what they were doing. I had to help guide them through the process.

I've had such a bad experience with the flood light camera. It has never worked for me. Turn on for a few hrs and them say it cant get wifi. Geek squad sent someone out three times and i still have the problem. Its haven't come on in the last three days at all. I love best buy but i dont know if i can buy anything else from there. Spend a lot of money on a wifi extension from there advice snd it was a waste of money because my house is still not safe

Good. Initially had to reschedule due to rain. Overall ok
