Defective device, Best Buy took care of it all!

Best Buy is… well, the Best! They replaced the floodlight on the spot and came within a week and got my camera running properly. Very efficient.

He set everything up for me on my app and explained everything as we went along. We were up and running in no time. I would highly recommend him and would request him in the future if we need any other devices installed.

3rd party wasnt able to connect to my internet
