Excellent install job and explained features and use

The floodlight camera is everything that it was advertised to be and yes I would recommend it to everyone

Nathan installed all the cameras, found the best places for them to achieve the desired goal. In addition, he helped set up the related app on my cell phone and set up my subscription to Ring. He was very competent and so very patient. I really appreciated his work and his help. He is a super employee.

Bought several rings products and decided to let geek squad install. A few of them was the spotlight cams and required a contractor. There was 2 of them and maybe took a hour to do them all. Fastest money i spent. I had already D/L the ring app so i guess that made a difference they said. Professional, knew what they was doing, had to ask questions they was going so fast. Also i cleaned up for them and they was gone. Still works and no complaints....

Great install of my floor camera outside. Quick install by geek squad

This was not installed by geek squad, it was an outside vendor. The guys were nice but didn't really seem to know what they were doing. I had to help guide them through the process.

I've had such a bad experience with the flood light camera. It has never worked for me. Turn on for a few hrs and them say it cant get wifi. Geek squad sent someone out three times and i still have the problem. Its haven't come on in the last three days at all. I love best buy but i dont know if i can buy anything else from there. Spend a lot of money on a wifi extension from there advice snd it was a waste of money because my house is still not safe

The TV was mounted quickly and efficiently. It was done in a professional way.

The agent is good and install it properly. My problem is making appointment for installation. They cancelled the appointment at the last minute after I waited for the window I was given . Since I paid for the installation , they told me that it will be refunded. Until today , I have not received the refund or anyone calling me

It went ok. The install was a bit lagging but was completed in one visit.

Your Geek Squad member did a great job with installation, however, he did not clean his work area.
