They did a fantastic job installing the floodlight

They couldn't figure out how to connect to my internet. For the price I paid they should have done that. I won't go w a 3rd party installer again only Best Buy itself.

The TV was mounted quickly and efficiently. It was done in a professional way.

Got a flood light from BestBuy. Installation was covered as part of TotalTech membership. Techs came on time for the scheduled appointment. Both were very professional and installed the light. They also configured the light on Ring app

Your agent mounted my outdoor Ring floodlight. He called us before he came to verify the type of installation and whether we had the equipment. He was very thorough and professional. He even got back up on his ladder to readjust the range for us. I would highly recommend this company. He was great

Bought several rings products and decided to let geek squad install. A few of them was the spotlight cams and required a contractor. There was 2 of them and maybe took a hour to do them all. Fastest money i spent. I had already D/L the ring app so i guess that made a difference they said. Professional, knew what they was doing, had to ask questions they was going so fast. Also i cleaned up for them and they was gone. Still works and no complaints....

Floodlights were installed and working perfectly, have not had any issues since the install.

Kelsey, in Customer Care was extremely helpful, she listened, understood and was able to correct all problems i was experiencing in a satisfactory manner. She was able to stop the run around I was receiving from other customer service workers at Best Buy.

Your Geek Squad member did a great job with installation, however, he did not clean his work area.

They never showed up to the scheduled appointment. I ended up returning the floodlight and refund for the installation.

Two guys showed up, installed my ring doorbell and cameras, got everything setup and working and then took time to explain it all to me. They were very polite and courteous and I would recommend these two to everybody. The only problem I have is that I don't remember their names.
