Steven, the Best Buy installer, came out and installed our Arlo floodlight and solar panel. He helped me set it up in my app, liked the location of camera and the area the camera showed before installing it on our house. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ring flood light. The tech installed it .then placed tye app on my phone. All within 30 minutes. Tested it. Very satisfied.

Thanks to agent Ryan Wyatt's help I've been able to order my three products so far. Am waiting for the latest to be installed this Wed. For whatever reason my CC company Capital One kicks out every charge I try to make with Best Buy on line...Ryan has saved the day!
