The installers came out remove my old motion light & installed the flood light camera. After the install they connected it to the wi- fi & showed me how it work & its features.

The Geek squad came out to set up my ring cameras and did a great job. They sent a 3rd party to install the wired camera and (well after one mishap) the issue was corrected and the 2nd crew did a great job.

The technician was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I love the security that I have with the ring lights being installed around my property.

The agent was unable to connect one of the door contacts, leaving the entrance to my home unsecured. The rest of the work was fine. What do I do now?

He was very professional. Got there within the time slot that was given and he installed the floodlight fairly quickly. He walked me through all of the steps on the Ring App and even gave me suggestions of where else I could put another floodlight. Extremely Helpful !

The guys that installed the spot light camera were very knowledgeable. They got the install completed quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend their 3rd party company for Best Buy to do work for us again.

not sure of all the things that this will help me with but we will see I bought this for the install of my ring cams but they did not tell me that they only install wireless not hard wire, for it to be hard wire I have to hire an electrician

He made sure that my floodlight cams are connected to my Ring app. He found that one of cams was not working and contacted the office to fix the problem. He ended up driving back to tell us that we can get the replacement unit and re-arrange the installation.

I was not told that it had to have existing power like one of my front lights on the house. So the installer could not do it. I did get my money refunded though.

I am very happy! I like the flood light camera's much better than just the doorbell camera and no batteries to deal with.

I used this service to hardwire and mount Ring floodlight cameras. Installer was professional and completed the work within a reasonable timeframe. I would the service again for a similar install.
