    The agent who mounted our floodlights was very courteous, knowledgeable, and have a lot of patience. He took his time to show us how to operate it on our phone not showing annoyance. He is one of the good guy.

    One agent installed our Ring floodlight & doorbell, while the other set up the app on both our cell phones. They adjusted the floodlight camera to cover the area we wanted. The agent showed us how to use the app & answered all our questions.
