The installer was on time and knew exactly what needed to be done to complete the installation of my Ring floodlight cam. He and his assistant were very friendly and finished the job quickly.

The agent that mounted the flood light was great in installation and explaining how to utilize the floodlight throught Ring services.

The technician did a very good. He was efficient and completed the job in a short period of time and did not leave a mess. He explained how everything worked which I appreciated.

This installation was not completed. We purchased the security system back in February and the soonest available installation was 4/7. The week of the installation we received an email and multiple text messages to confirm the appointment. The day of the appointment someone through best buy or the geek squad went in and changed the appointment date without our knowledge. Whoever did it moved it to 4/11 not knowing if the appointment would even work for us. The time the technician was supposed to arrive was between 7am-10am. He did not show up until 4pm. Upon his arrival, he was very unprofessional and short with my husband. We had wet concrete and he stepped in it.. we had to pay to have it fixed... he let our dogs our of the house... they also stepped in the wet concrete.... At this point, he was creating such a ruckus that we asked him to leave. We did not end up getting our installation completed even though they marked it as complete and it has been 2 weeks and we still have not heard back from Best Buy. We have spent a lot of money with Best Buy and I feel like they do not want to make this situation right!

We are repeat customers and we had Kirk do a home visit to find the perfect security system for our home. He takes the time to educate us and makes customer service a priority at all times.

I made several appointments with different representatives and no one showed up. I keep receiving calls and emails to reschedule the appointment. I have rescheduled three times. I’m calling and requesting a complete refund. This is the worst service I ever received from bestbuy geek squad.

The tecnician came at the time he said he would arrive and my floodlight camera was installed quickly and efficiently, I understood the how to operate aspect of it and it works like a charm

My floodlight was installed by Bobby Martin, as it is a wired system. Bobby was very professional and kept me updated as to when he would be at my home. I would definitely recommend his services.
