The fixture didn’t have the customary wires in place because the building was old, which would normally be a problem, but these guys took care of it with no problems.

The person that mounted the floodlight camera was wonderful. Installed it without any problems.

Arrived in a timely manner and explained exactly what the install would consist of. Offered options on location of install and provided tutorial on how to operate.

I purchased 3 "Wired" lights. The installers sent the first time could not install them where I wanted them because they were not 'Electricians'. A second installation was set up, same scenario. I called to have an electrician sent out, they were supposed to call back but haven't/didn't so all three lights are not yet installed where I want them. Besides that I also ordered/purchased installation but was charged for installation of 1 wired light so I guess the other two were to sit on the shelf?

I purchased my Ring Floodlight Cam online at bestbuy,com, and at the same time I added the installation by geek squad. BIG MISTAKE!!! The earliest available slot was after 2 weeks. When they finally came to install the floodlight, the technician said there was a mistake. The installation order had been for a Ring Camera -- not a floodlight cam. So it had to go to a different installation team. I had to call the geek squad to explain. After long waits, they finally cancelled my original order and tried to rescheduled me for a Floodlight Cam install. However, they were unable to schedule me at the time and said I should call back the next day to have it scheduled. I called day after day for a week and nobody was able to schedule this task. After a week and a half, I called and asked them to cancel my installation. The technician I spoke with said he could not do it. I tried to get more information on what I needed to do, but he hung up on me. The next day I went to the physical best buy store and spoke with an asst. mgr. He was very polite, but had trouble cancelling my install. He said he would work on it that day and call me as soon as it was done. Later that day, he called and said it was done. He asked if I would like to reschedule the installation thru him, assuring me that it would be done correctly. I declined the offer. I finally had it installed via a handyman website (Task Rabbit). They charged me over $100 less than geek squad was charging me. I will never order geek squad installations again.

Installing went very smoothly, into an existing light fixture. Service Technician was very nice.

The Geek Squad agents were in time and efficient. They mounted and set up our ring flood light camera in no time at all and linked it to our existing ring doorbell! Job well done!

They were amazing! They spent almost an entire day setting up out new house. Installing the router, 5 TVs, Yale lock, and surround sound.

The agents installed the Ring doorbell, security system and flood light. Both techs did a great job and were very professional.
