The floodlights are not installed correctly

I tried for ten days to have this problem corrected with no results. Cannot get geek squad service to my home to finish this installation. I paid $120 per floodlight installation , I have three of them, and the job is not finished. Spent hours trying to get someone on the phone with no result. This installation is a nightmare. I am still waiting for someone to help.
