I've been happy in the past but not this time.

The installers sent the first time could not install them where I wanted them because they were not 'Electricians'. A second installation was set up, same scenario. I called to have an electrician sent out, they were supposed to call back but haven't/didn't so all three lights are not yet installed where I want them. Besides that I also ordered/purchased installation but was charged for installation of 1 wired light so I guess the other two were to sit on the shelf?
