Showed up on time, installed the camera and aligned camera. Installed app and taught us how to use the app.

I called geek squad twice to confirm told them i did not have an electrical box no previous installs for a flood light they said nomproblem. Sure enough the installer was NOT an electrician and could not install

A little disappointed that when I purchased my Ring Floodlight/Camera the policy changed and the Geek Squad would not install it with my already paid service and I'd have to pay an additional fee for the installation. Otherwise they did a great job installing my 3 new Smart TV's.

Technicians were very nice and helpful gotta say that Nothing really on them for nice people but the whole organization and communication between Best Buy and company that does instal is probably bellow 0 And I’m not the only one apparently it’s with every customer I’m talking about having few items to instal and they get partly order,in my case they have missing camera to instal,just mess So communication between Best Buy and installment company must be on better level because I’m for sure will never go trough Best Buy for installment option and it’s ripping off 120$ per camera to instal lol you guys are…see ya For 120$ I’ve got the whole house done and top of top of that even if we put price on side you ain’t even good,like it’s mess truly really disappointed with whole organization Best Buy have and for company like Best Buy is,it’s really shame That’s it :)

Geek Squad doesn't communicate with the 3rd party installer. The technician came and wanted to charge an additional $200 on top of what I already paid to Geek Squad. The 3rd party installer looked like a guy who did computer classroom modules to learn how to install a Google camera. I ended up hiring a professional electrician who installed it in 30 minutes and lower price.
