Not good I thought I could get an earlier date still no service and no Product

Technicians were very nice and helpful gotta say that Nothing really on them for nice people but the whole organization and communication between Best Buy and company that does instal is probably bellow 0 And I’m not the only one apparently it’s with every customer I’m talking about having few items to instal and they get partly order,in my case they have missing camera to instal,just mess So communication between Best Buy and installment company must be on better level because I’m for sure will never go trough Best Buy for installment option and it’s ripping off 120$ per camera to instal lol you guys are…see ya For 120$ I’ve got the whole house done and top of top of that even if we put price on side you ain’t even good,like it’s mess truly really disappointed with whole organization Best Buy have and for company like Best Buy is,it’s really shame That’s it :)

They were great. Did the job without any problems.

It was a fiasco. Three different times the installers came, and in the end they were not capable of installing without outside help and we eventually had to return one of the cameras because they couldn’t get it done and we were tired of the whole mess.

The agent installed my ring flood light and ring doorbell

I scheduled installation of one TV, three nest cams and two door licks well more than a month ago time slot 7AM-1PM. I paid extra to install nest cam plus flood lights in addition to total tech support. I was informed day before that their third party contractor is overbooked and can’t come until 2PM. I still accepted new time. Once technician showed up, he informed me that lights can not be installed as that is electricians job and they will just mount TV but will not run wire from plug to connect it as Best Buy has not provided them the kit. I was completely shocked and they left without installing anything. I called Best Buy and they informed that they don’t know anything about it and I have to call tomorrow. Let’s see what happens tomorrow
