Installer was very knowledgeable and setup was quickly and no debris was left at my home.

The company that was due to complete the replacement no called no showed for the initial appointment. Did not communicate when the driver was coming for the narrowed down time window. Blamed my system for not recording calls but yet I’ve received all other calls from Best Buy & affiliated parties. A little suspicious that a truck supposedly broke down two weeks in a row n refused to make it right other then making me wait yet another week to have it fixed.

Geek Squad Rep was professional, quick, friendly and knowledgeable.

Through Chat I explained it was an install and I needed a junction box because no electricity They would have to go thru cedar shakes Both chat and phone call to geek squad said no to worry The workers would figure it out The tech said he could not do it and just delivered the google camera/ flood light I want a $169 refund plus $ 20 Saturday charge

The two guys that came were not certified electricians. They were here enough to install the lights I was prepared for a demo. They were 3 hours away ffrom home and had to get back. I paid for 4 lights to be installed, they came with two. Best Buy told me I would have to make another appointment for the other two. Scheduling the appointments were reallly unacceptable. It cost me Three 1/2 days off work due to the communication issue with scheduling and one call off because the driver was sick Well I already was home and waiting. Best Buy let me know 15 minutes before the scehduled arrival.

My flood light was installed by 3rd party on above 10 Ft outside wall. It stopped working after 6 months . Then I called total tech to come for trouble shooting, geeksquark came twice saying they cannot climb above 10 ft above and I shall call total tech again to get 3rd party to come. Finally a new service order created and 3rd technician needs to get the replacement part first so he asked me to reschedule the appointment. I callled total tech 6 times and spent 4 hours total on phone with bestbuy. The issue is not resolved . What a painful process

We had to hire our own IT people to resolve our issues. Ring help was absolutely no help and I spent a minimum of 45 minutes on hold 4 times. Best Buy sales person was very friendly but we had no follow through We went 15 days with no satisfaction befor hiring our business IT people.

The installer was polite, efficient & well able to install our products.
