I am extremely disappointed with my most recent experience. The installation never took place as it was contracted to do! The last schedule install was set for 5-8PM January 10th a Best Buy representative showed up at ~3:00PM called. Had to leave work to meet him and when we arrived he handed us the Ring camera and informed us he doesn’t do install and left. So we wait ~4weeks many text and phone calls to have someone hand us a box we could’ve left the store with. What a waste of time for everyone involved. So my rating for this experience is 0 stars ⭐️ because nothing was done correctly.

I purchased and attempted to install three times major security equipment. I was informed they could not come on the first day because they had been overbooked. I rebooked and they could not install because they could not find anyone to fill the order and on the last attempt I gave up and returned everything. It cost me waiting all day twice for nothing, despair at talking to people with roosters crowing in the back ground, kids crying and broken English. I felt like dealing with Best Buy this year was like throwing good money away. My final disappointment was making a $22.00 purchase and when she ask if I wanted the receipt I said no. When checking my bill I later discovered my 20 dollar Wallet card became a 50.00 card. It is my word against hers so I did not even contact the manager. Best Buy is not what it use to be.

I wanted my security camera installed I booked an appointment waited for 2 weeks after deliver. Guy did not show up reason unknown and when I called total tech to check when he/she going to be here that’s when they said technician won’t be able to make it and I have rescheduled it. Which I was okay but rescheduled was after a week why? Because technician works only on Friday. If that is the case you guys should have told me before that total tech does not have enough staff at the time of payment. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING.

My ring flood cameras have not yet been installed. The technician that came to install them (Mark) said they would not work. I had a lead come out for an evaluation and made a recommendation. He sent me a proposal with the equipment and I purchased exactly what was recommended. I’ve been working with Tom Howk but have not heard back from him since 12/20. I texted him yesterday but no response. Please have someone contact me as soon as possible. I plan on going to the store tomorrow. Please note i cannot rate the installation since it has not been done. I’m rating the in store service.

The installers set up the Ring device but were "too busy" to set up my Alexa as promised by two sales associates of Best Buy. Terrible service. When I complained at Best Buy, neither manager would not offer any help. Other than for me to pay $120.00 for another technician
