HORRIBLE!

From the customer service agents to the supervisors to the the techs they send out. It's been over 2 months and no one can seem to install one hard wired camera and they have sent multiple technicians out to my house. Every time I call back, there is no record or history of this and I am transferred to multiple departments and their only answer is to send out another technician or they make me false promises or lie to me

Waste of Time and Money

I have now been waiting since April for the contractor to show up for the installation. At this point there have been FOUR NO SHOW appointments by Best Buy’s Third-party vendor. The contractor keeps saying they are looking to see if BB is going to cover the service. As if BB isn’t paying them for work that’s done. Guess who suffers? The client! I have want my money back, $200 down the drain. I would have given a Zero if I could submit the review without it.

Product great install the worse.

He does not return emails nor calls after the products were finally installed after multiple tries and people from best buy coming to my home to install products I purchased for Smart Home system. I personally would never use GEEK SQUAD for anything ever. They sub out all work. Different people show up to your home. If they have an issue coming they don't call you. They basically just don't show up at all. You have to call them to find out what's going on. This happened to me TWICE during the install process. Regional lied and stated there would be compensation for time wasted as I sat at home on multiple occasions to NO SHow No call TECH's. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY SERVICE IS SO HORRIBLE IT STARTS AT THE TOP.

Awful service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mind you I live in a duplex and don’t have keys to down stairs and guy needs ALL electricity cut off not just the area he is working in ,so inconvenience 2 house holds witch okay I get it he needs it cut off to work so okay we reschedule next time he comes out I make sure electricity is cut off and car is moved guy rings doorbell and says it’s sprinkling rain I’m not gonna do it today just a bad experience

My floodlight cam is not working

Crazy expensive when you buy multiple cameras

Best Buy technician

Do not get lights and Ring system installed

The survey identified what was needed, the reality was repeated cancellations (eg 3 install dates ended in 8); ineffective camera units needed to be upgraded; nothing could be installed over 22ft. Timeline when urgent, ended in 3 months from purchase. I would never use this service again.
