    Awful service. We had 3 separate appointments scheduled and no one showed up to all 3 appointments to install. Everyone we talked to made it sound like that were going to help us but no one did. Everyone kept passing responsibility to someone else and nothing was resolved. We haven’t been able to get our money either.

    The installation of my Ring flood lights has been nothing but a disaster. Having to deal with geek squad and 3 rd party installation that is not coordinated. One camera still not working correctly and waiting for call back from Best Buy to replace.

    One word. POOR. Store provided little to no help. Subcontractor failed to have proper equipment to successfully perform the installation. I’ve had to travel 30 min 4 times only to be disappointed.

    Never Showed up! Nobody called back to reschedule

    Took the day off for the floodlight installation on 6/25 and nobody showed up or called. On 7/3 a person contacted me but couldn’t understand them. Told them to have a manager call me back. No one has called back. Terrible communication with no resolution in sight.

    The work was not done, the people they sent to do the job told me that they could not install it after they read the instructions in the box and said that the BestBuy order was wrong.

    The electrical wiring nut is exposed and doesn't have a good seal around the edges. The light itself doesn't come on when you flip the switch and that should of been tested before they left. I will be requesting a replacement.

    Not on time. Came late in the evening even though my appt was from 7 AM to 1 PM. Didn’t finish the installation . I am a total tech member and never had this kind of issue ever with geek squad. Please stop sending third party installers.

    They were not able to do the job. They never asked me the correct questions when I signed up for the install. It was determined by the installer when he got to mey house tat the camera would need 6 feet of wiring to be mounted correctly over the garage door. They wont and cant do that.

    Terrible...never use Best Buy!

    Terrible service. Appt was made and I was reminded several times and Geek Squad never showed. Called a dozen times because Geek Squad could not install the camera/flood lights then more calls as I had to pay for yet another installation. Second time and no more!!!!

    If your camera is higher than 10 feet up, the tech won’t install it, and furthermore, you will need a round electric box to mount it on, so know this before you decide to have this installed.

    Best Buy’s service is beyond horrendous!! I purchased a floodlight, a security system, and additional sensors for that same security system. Do not buy anything from them!!!!

    They did not install the ring camera flood light as I was told they would. Ended up installing it myself. I had issues with the ring door bell which was installed by the Geek Squad which I resolved on my own

    The agent came to install floodlight camera. He was not able to install. He said there is no pre-wire so i can’t install. If there is pre wiring why will i ask greek squad installation.

    The installation was not good, several days after install the camera stopped working. They came back out and "repaired it", it worked for 3 hours and stopped again. Not happy

    The attitude of one of the geek squad installers were not very nice. I believe if you have a job interacting with people you should try to have a nice disposition because that’s what the job details.

    Both security cams are installed. Need to synch with my computer and iPad. Technician couldn't do it because I didn't have a passcode for the router. Have it; but the tech doesn't respond to my calls. Will visit the store next.
