    Make sure to ask questions.. if you dont have an exisitng light panel to install the floodlights you will need to contact an electrician. Geek squad has limited access to the work they can perform.

    Ring floodlight camera replacement

    I had to ask for a return trip to make adjustments for camera, still not right, floodlight blinding at night when I open back door—- I called someone else!!! They had to reattach it to fascia.

    The tech that came to my home was not helpful at all and i ft like he was trying to get me to pay him more money for a service that i had already paid for.

    No one show up to mount this product! I had to call ten times and Bestbuy didn't send an agent to mount this product! I ended up returning the product to get my money back!

    Extremely poor service and follow up. I’ve requested to be called and still have not received one. Given unclear and wrong information regarding Ring install.

    Installer was not focused on his work as he should have been due to having children in his car and he needed to check on them frequently. Doorbell sound is choppy and not working.

    They arrived 1 1/2 late and you guys were supposed to call me regarding this is and never did. Terrible service on top of terrible service

    Terrible. Paid $3000 and nothing works. Waited two appointments to fix the issues and they never showed. Don’t recommend this company at all.

    Geek Squad did not show up for three Scheduled appointments! Waited around for the three days for them to come. Called today and they did not call back. Very disappointed

    Installers refuse to install the cameras unless there was an existing electrical outlets already. Would not handle any electrical wires or components so

    original purchase september still not hooked up need i say more and even though Geek Squad installs everyone has there best of what they do i need someone after it is all installed, if , to show me how it works

    Do not waste your time or money on this. The technician canceled my appointment twice because he didn’t know how to install it. My next door neighbor install it for me.

    Both flood lights are not charging. Repairman came out without a replacement and need to setup another service. Poor service twice in a row.

    This was NOT completed. Only 2 of the 3 floodlights were installed. And I have not heard back since the other 2 were installed. Can you please advise when this will be completed?

    The geek squad was not familiar with this install. They did not know that for the flood lights the siding would have to be removed. Nor the size of hole it would make in a house going thru the siding.
