Lousy customer service!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have gotten nothing but the run around from Geek Squad, they are the worst place to do business with. From my first call, I got told I don't know, spent hours on hold, as well as calls being dropped. I wanted someone to come out to install a flood light, but no one knew where to start or figure out how to do that or to get it done. Last week, I chatted with a person online that claimed to be a senior chat member or something similar, as the person reassured me that I would not have to call in that I deserved better than that in customer service. I was also told they wanted to make me happy. I told them, I could care less about that to do their job, and get someone that could do so. Today when Geek Squad came out, I was told that they couldn't do it. So I had to call back at least 3 more times throughout the day to get anywhere with my service. This is by far the crappiest customer service anyone could get.
