Confusion on Totaltech member installation costs.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased two Ring floodlight cameras and as a Totaltech member I received conflicting information from the customer service reps and the installer regarding the installation costs as I first was told there would be a cost, then was told there would be no cost, then on installation day was told one camera would be free to install as a part of Totaltech, but there would be a cost for the installation of the second which I paid.

Nice Automatic Light

Bummer floodlight cameras

I purchased 4 of these and they should be waterproof however I have had to return two of them twice due to H2O intrusion and most recently the front lens of one of them fell off and this is now the clearest however I’m sure the next rain will drench it. Poor engineering. Great when they work the Geek squad has been great taking care of the problems Dr. Rogers
