Geek Squad did a great job on the installation, setup, and clean up. They did not leave until they tested the connections, picture quality, motion detection etc. Impressed with the service.

The installation went well. The technicians were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The light/camera works well and I do not regret the purchase.

I continue to experience problems with my Ring outdoor camera floodlights. I purchased 4 of these and they should be waterproof however I have had to return two of them twice due to H2O intrusion and most recently the front lens of one of them fell off and this is now the clearest however I’m sure the next rain will drench it. Poor engineering. Great when they work the Geek squad has been great taking care of the problems Dr. Rogers

The Geek Squad Tech resolved my Floodlight issue in less than 30min of installation time.

We had to install it ourselves. It is still covered by the total tech support system, but if you want them to do it, it will cost you around 120.00

(not blink) BEST BUY come to your home, install the products, show how to use the apps as well as make sure it works on your Alexa echo show as well. HOWEVER, I DO NOT RECOMMENT PURCHASING BLINK CAMERAS - THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND YOU GET NO ASSISTANCE AFTER PURCHASING THEM FROM BLINK ENGINEERS. YOU ARE ON OUR OWN AND THEY DO NOT COME TO YOUR HOME. BUY RING PRODUCTS ONLY.

not quite right yet. When I get some free time, I'll work on it again the the Geek Squad. They ususally fix the problem 1st time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend the Geek Squad service

Everything about the Flood light Ring is awesome every time I go out to take care of the puppies go outside at night it comes on when people come across my yard it’s awesome and let me know if a stranger is walking through the yard driving by even though I have it set to not on the street it’s still motions to cars but it’s great having this for a safety feature now to protect my house and my yard and my belongings gives me sense Peace of mind

Since My Husband installed the Floodlight I have to admit he did a fantastic job! We love the way it works and feel very comfortable having this unit protecting our driveway!
