(not blink) BEST BUY come to your home, install the products, show how to use the apps as well as make sure it works on your Alexa echo show as well. HOWEVER, I DO NOT RECOMMENT PURCHASING BLINK CAMERAS - THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND YOU GET NO ASSISTANCE AFTER PURCHASING THEM FROM BLINK ENGINEERS. YOU ARE ON OUR OWN AND THEY DO NOT COME TO YOUR HOME. Since My Husband installed the Floodlight I have to admit he did a fantastic job! We love the way it works and feel very comfortable having this unit protecting our driveway!

Everything about the Flood light Ring is awesome every time I go out to take care of the puppies go outside at night it comes on when people come across my yard it’s awesome and let me know if a stranger is walking through the yard driving by even though I have it set to not on the street it’s still motions to cars but it’s great having this for a safety feature now to protect my house and my yard and my belongings gives me sense Peace of mind

I will never deal with best buy again, I needed a ring wired cam installed and I paid over 200$ and had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment then the guy didn’t show and Best Buy never contacted me, I called the first girl was extremely rude and rescheduled my appointment for another 2 weeks out instead of giving me a refund she wouldn’t reduce the price for what I went thru so I talked to another guy he apologized and said when the appointment was done we would get a 50$ credit for our trouble and we just called and the girl we talked to was rude and said there was no info on this credit and all she could give us was 3$ even though this is the 2nd time we called off work to get this done and wouldn’t let us speak to a supervisor, Best Buy is not only the most over priced but the most unprofessional company I’ve ever felt with in my life and they have lost mine and my wife’s business including other family and friends we shared this horrific experience with, don’t get there security cameras go thru ring and let them set it up you won’t be charged as much and the service will be more professional.
