The person who came out to install my new Nest Thermostats did a very good job. He wasn't able to arrive on the original date because of storms, but they quickly rescheduled and I am very happy with the service.

The agents removed the old thermostat and replaced it with the google nest fairly quickly. They helped us with the app and made sure we knew how to use everything. Professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with.

The guys were courteous and efficient in installing my new thermostat.

Great addition to help us save energy. Easy to set up and usage instructions are straight forward.

It was not an expert trying to install the thermostat. Admitted, not an HVAC guy. Better to use HVAC company

I had Stephanie from the Geek Squad today. She was highly skilled, went above and beyond doing the install. Communicated and was very fast with a few complications, she had solutions to both installs. Very Clever.

Recently, i purchased the Ecobee smart thermostat for my home (during the winter). I had the geek squad come out and “install” the unit. A few months go by (past the 90 day window) and when i went to turn my A/C on, i dont have an option. The installer only connected the heat and when i called customer service, they told me it was my fault for not checking everything worked! If i knew how to install it, i wouldnt have paid for someone else to do the job. Customer service states the install was “successful”. I advised them “success” is when everything is done correctly and they failed the job. I was told they will not have someone come out to install it properly, unless i pay them again for a new install. Absolutely pathetic and a bunch of thiefs!

I’m not sure what I’m missing with the more expensive models but it sure is wonderful to be able to change the temperature upstairs when I forget downstairs and vice a versa. Thank you for the excellent installation, too.

Everything you would want. They showed up on time, installed both thermostats and then did a reading of AC out of vents to make sure they were calibrated correctly.

My only regret is that the installer did not set up my Alexa to control the Nest

The agent arrived on time, and was prompt and professional in his work. He informed me that my Nest device would not work for my household, and told me which model to purchase instead. Once I received the new device, he came back to install it, at no additional charge.

Wanted to ensure installer was well-versed in smart thermostat products, so instead of going with traditional HVAC contractor I went with Geek Squad. Glad I did. Installer was very familiar with the product and install time was relatively quick.

The agents thst came to my home to install my thermostat were great. They were very professional & knowledgeable & were very safe. They knew the product & kept on their mask the entire time. Answered all question with no problems.

We were so frustrated when we switched internet services and all the items in our "smart home" went off line and would not work. The smart thermostat was one so that our air conditioning quit in the HEAT of the summer. The geek squad showed up and fixed it. Those guys were absolutely AWESOME!!!

Quick on-time delivery and installation of my Nest thermostat. Installer was well prepared and knowledgeable regardin the product and my HVAC system.

I had two Honeywell thermostats installed in my home. One is upstairs and one is downstairs. It works flawlessly and it looks very cool. It’s a smart thermostat so it works great and I can adjust the temperature through my IPhone. Since I live in a hot climate it’s a great asset to my electric bill.

After waiting for the service people to arrive at the last minute the company called and stated they could not come. After telling them I was not available any other day they still insisted that I would have to reschedule. I hung up and contacted the "Geek Squad" and they were checking into the subcontractor that was scheduled.By the time I hung up with them I received an email stating that a company was coming within the next 4 hours. NOT such a great day. If they send someone who knows what they are doing I would recommend but they should check on their subcontractors!!

The install team was fast, professional, and top-top-notch. I highly recommend. The only "ding" was our first scheduled install date came and went and there was some mix-up. But the store fixed it and two days later we were installed.
