Tech was super nice. Texted and called before arrival. Followed all extra protocol for COVID standards and effieicntly and quickly finished my install! He was also patient with me helping me get the nest working properly with my phone!

BestBuy installer did a great job installing thermostat with a very old HVAC system. Called Google service who were online immediately and stayed through end of installation and setup

Great product installation. My tv was mounted and installed with all wires invisible a box mounted into the wall. I was happy with the communication from Best Buy and the TV and TV mount installation.

Techs came in on time & installed nest thermostat-knowledgeable in all pre-installation process with electric breaker box etc. Very efficient and prompt. Very satisfied customer

Tech expert was great. He went beyond trying to get the Nest thermostat to work. New need another circuit line to the thermostat to make it work. So - we do not have the thermostat working right now.

We were up and running un 30 minutes. Geek Squad showed up as scheduled and went right to work. Thermostat was installed, connected to our wifi and off we went.

The Nest thermostat is absolutely the bestband easiest to use. In my brand new house i took out the Honeywells and replaced them with Nests. Best move ever.
