Techs were courteous, friendly,knowledgeable. Installed Nest Thermostat when original ordered was not compatible. Worked right away. Cleaned up all the odds and ends that come with opening items.

The agent was very nice and efficient. She had my thermostat installed and helped with the app on phone. Informed me of how to use both phone and wall thermostat.

This was great. The technician came in and installed my thermostat very quickly and gave me tips on how to manage it. He removed my existing thermostat and replaced it with my new one without issues.

The agent connected my Pixel XL to the Nest thermostat, but did not show me how he did it and I am now upgrading to another phone and do not know how to connect the new phone to the Nest
