Tech expert was great. He went beyond trying to get the Nest thermostat to work. New need another circuit line to the thermostat to make it work. So - we do not have the thermostat working right now.

We used Geek Squad service for installation of two Nest thermostats. The cost was included as part of Total Tech. The service was completed on time with any questions we had answered completely.

The technician made fast work of connecting my new Nest smart thermostat to Wi-Fi and programming the system to my requirements. Highly recommend Best Buy experts for all computer equipment.

Ty worked throughout our condo putting in and programming smart lighting and a Ring system in our condo. Ty was excellent!

The agent mounted my thermostat and provided me information on how to operate it. He was very friendly and did a very good job installing the item.

The installer was 2 hours late when he arrived. When he finally left we soon realized that he had installed our thermostats incorrectly. When you set the temp to cool it would turn on the furnace when set to finance it would continue to run the furnace. We could not reach him so we had to deal with 88 Degree temps on night one. We called Geek Squad in the morning and they said they would get someone out the same day. This was Wednesday. After waiting most of the day I called again around 3 pm I was told the appointment was booked incorrectly. But they could have someone out in 2 days on Friday. We dealt with one more night of 86-degree temps. On Thursday we hired our own HVAC company to properly install the Thermostats.

We purchased the Total Tech package a few months ago when we bought a new TV. So when we looking for a smart thermostat we went to Best Buy because they said the installation was included in the package. They recommended the Ecobee enhanced so we went with it. On the appointed day we made a special trip of two hours back home to meet the technicians. They were there about five minutes when they asked if our system was all electric. When we told them that it was gas heat electric cooling, they said that they were not allowed to touch it and left. The people at the store never asked us or told us about this. We had to call an HVAC service company and they installed it all right and charged more than the price of the thermostat. I found out later that if our system was all electric they sold us the wrong model because the Enhanced model doesn’t support the Emergency Heat strips.

Brent was awesome. He was on time. He was informative he educated my wife and I. Gave us a demontration. He also called to f/up to make sure it was working as intended

I cannot say enough great things on the installer. He worked with me on understanding its operation. He was available after he left my house for questions that came up. Great support.

The Geek Squad associates installed my thermostat and walked me right through the setup, both on the thermostat & on my phone and then through my HVAC system operation. They were both very knowledgeable & professional.

This was great. The technician came in and installed my thermostat very quickly and gave me tips on how to manage it. He removed my existing thermostat and replaced it with my new one without issues.
