Installer mis-wired it initially and left me with more than an hour of heat (rather than A/C) cranking out. He ultimately returned to my house and fixed it, but he needed a lot of instruction via telephone calls to someone (his supervisor?).

Still getting an error. Need TotalTech back out to help resolve it.

Really can't say much here either because the Geek Squad never installed the thermostat as I said in my other review I brought it back never opened. although I will give the Geek Squad at 5 cuz the Geek Squad deserves a v always.

The geek squad guys that installed my thermostat were very friendly and professional.

I love the voice control on it I can't see very good now so I just tell Alexa 0 what to set the temperature on and it does it

The installer was 2 hours late when he arrived. When he finally left we soon realized that he had installed our thermostats incorrectly. When you set the temp to cool it would turn on the furnace when set to finance it would continue to run the furnace. We could not reach him so we had to deal with 88 Degree temps on night one. We called Geek Squad in the morning and they said they would get someone out the same day. This was Wednesday. After waiting most of the day I called again around 3 pm I was told the appointment was booked incorrectly. But they could have someone out in 2 days on Friday. We dealt with one more night of 86-degree temps. On Thursday we hired our own HVAC company to properly install the Thermostats.

Install didn’t happen...Geek Squad could not determine why it was not working, seemed some confusion in wiring from furnace

They came ready and prepared to install, my thermostat. But I didn't have the right connection, for them, to complete the job. Very professional squad

We had to go through about three of them before we got it working properly. So far so good.

Two Geek Squad technicians came out to install my Ecobee Smart Thermostat. When install was complete, my air conditioning was working but not the heat. They were not sure why and told me to call an HVAC company which I did. HVAC company came out today and the Geek Squad wired it incorrectly. The W wire was in the wrong terminal, the O wire was not connected. The Geek Squad had set up my system as a Gas Furnace when I have a Heat Pump. No wonder it was not working when they left! If they do not have the skill set to work on this type of equipment why did you charge me $129.99 for your skilled tech support? The HVAC company was surprised that their bad wiring had not tripped the circuit breaker!

The agents installed our new thermostat. They were skilled, professional, and took time to make sure we understood how to use the features.

The installers were great with time management since I had to leave faster the expected. They helped me understand my new nest system before they left and made sure I knew any and everything I needed to before they left.

I love this service, always keeping a high customer service and we do not hesitate to use the service on our purchases at best buy
