Although I had someone else install the thermostat, I really like the convenience of being able to control the temperature remotely from my phone.

I was very satisfied with the great job the Geek Squad did installing 2 Google Nest thermostats in my house. Very courteous and polite workers. Would use Geek Squad again in the future.

1 star not because the service was bad but because the geek squad could not fix the problem. They did not have the know how to bring power from the HVAC unit to the thermostat. The installation that is offered for this product is basic. It is assumed that the thermostat has power for thermostat so they could put it on the wall and go through the app on the phone which I had already done. They said I would have to call an HVAC company to install these thermostats. They were very professional and nice but couldn’t help with the installation. They should be more well versed in the product they are trying to install.

I used geek squad to install my nest thermostat. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the technician was knowledgeable, thorough and completed the install in a short period of time. Highly recommend.
