The smart thermostat we purchase from Best Buy. Helps me in a Winter time when I'm in Florida. To control my house temperature from my phone. An gives me peace of mind.

Works amazing love how sleek it looks. Totally loving my new smart Theomostat.

2 techs arrived they were very respectful of my home and knowledgeable about their job. Before they left they made sure everything was working correctly. I would recommend geek squad to everyone!

The Geek Squad did a great job of installing two thermostats in our home.

This was a new program from what I could tell. Their were many follow up calls confirming our appointment and the service did not take long. Our system is functioning properly now with a wifi capable thermostat.

The guys were early and courteous. They even picked up the thermostat at the store so I didn’t have to go get it

I had Best Buy to install my new thermostat. They did a great job. Will use them again at my vacation home. So far I have been really pleased with all the Geek Squad installations I have had them do.

The guys that installed all my items were very knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all my questions and schooled me on all the technology installed in my home. I am very happy with the whole process.

Agent ripped and replaced my 3 old thermostats with the Ecobees, then told my wife they were not compatible with my HVAC because they only had 4 wires, and that we should buy the Google thermostat instead. 1.) There were at least 5 wires with every thermostat, basic counting is the LEAST you can expect from a technician and 2.) I paid a real HVAC company $450+tax to install them with zero problems. All 3 "incompatible" Ecobees are now working great. Do NOT waste your money having Best Buy do this install. Do it yourself or pay an HVAC company to do it.

A little difficult to install but worth the effort. My unit seems to not run as much with this. Great features.

Agent wasn’t any help as far as installation. He told me that I didn’t have the proper wires to connect the thermostat so I had to hire an electrician who was able to use the wiring that i already had in the wall. I am so mad because this ended up costing me over $200 which it shouldn’t have cost me anything cause I am a Best Buy total tech member. I am thinking about contacting the corporate office to see if there is anything that they can do because I am a unsatisfied customer with Best Buy. Also not going to renew my membership and will be shopping elsewhere if they aren’t able to help because this isn’t the first time I have had a problem with them.
