ORDED A FREZER HAD A LARGE DENT ON THE TOP RETURNED THE IDEM

Quick and easy install. On time. Installed two thermostats for me. Programmed them. Showed me how to use them and the app. Very professional.

They are great. Just waiting for the furnace people to run the electricity Will save us a lot of money.

The thermostat is great but the service installation is questionable not knowing what to do. Watching youtube videos and asking me questions there's not even a procedure for them to check if everything is working after the installation. Mine was just filling out his survey as soon as possible. By the way had a 3pm-7pm appointment they called around 9pm if i'm still okay with the service got to my house around 10am finished around 1230 midnight requested a service repair and was told earliest is 2 weeks. Hey its a roll on a dice if you guys still want to add this service
