The installers that arrived (VERY LATE) I might add, and I mean 2 hours late after the 4 hour hour window they had! Then, they could not figure out how to install a smart thermostat, said they would come back another day with someone else. Once they left, we noticed it getting hot in our house...they actually did not rewire our air conditioning back correctly. Upon multiple attempts to contact them with no response, we had to make an emergency call ($$$) to an air conditioning company as it became over 80 degrees in our home. They installed our Ecobee and fixed our air conditioning in like 15 minutes. We canceled/returned our other smart thermo that we were going to install in another house, and we are still receiving calls from Best Buys HORRIBLE customer service to reschedule the service. I think NOT!

Geek Squad arrived on time and did an excellent job of installing my Nest thermostat. Then provided clear instructions for its operation.

The person who came to setup the thermostat did not look like he knew his job. He was sending pictures of the wiring to his boss for instructions. The wall mount was also done in a bad way, leaving open gaps in the wall.

My home wiring for the Honeywell product was not compatible and the service man pointed it out immediately and my fee was reversed
