The installers that arrived (VERY LATE) I might add, and I mean 2 hours late after the 4 hour hour window they had! Then, they could not figure out how to install a smart thermostat, said they would come back another day with someone else. Once they left, we noticed it getting hot in our house...they actually did not rewire our air conditioning back correctly. Upon multiple attempts to contact them with no response, we had to make an emergency call ($$$) to an air conditioning company as it became over 80 degrees in our home. They installed our Ecobee and fixed our air conditioning in like 15 minutes. We canceled/returned our other smart thermo that we were going to install in another house, and we are still receiving calls from Best Buys HORRIBLE customer service to reschedule the service. I think NOT!

Nest thermostats work well, but something is wrong with Nest app. Thermostats say they are connected to app, but they don’t show on the app. They used to show. Geek squad didn’t fix problem, and still charged me. I would have expected GS/BB connect with Google or Nest to resolve the connectivity issue. GS guys were great, but it didn’t get fixed. Bb sells a product & they can’t get support from vendor (Google Nest). I had to pay for that…….

I tried 2 times to install a smart thermostat with total tech , first time it needed c wire so I had to buy a Diferent thermostat i bough google nest, technician came to install took 5 minutes , while he was in a Best Buy training call , he told me to charge for 8 hours before it would work, so after 8 hours I put it back , didn’t work I texted him he didn’t reply , he didn’t stall the plate that I didn’t even know it came with with , horrible service . I had to call someone else to install for me
