The agent hooked up the Thermostat and showed my disabled friend how to use it through the Amazon echo. My friend loves it.

I purchased a Smart Color Thermostat from best buy and paid for best buy to install it. Their technicians came by on Friday to install it. They installed it and left ,five minutes later my house felt very hot. I called technician and asked him to please come back . I explained that I had Lupus and it was the weekend ,for him not to leave me like this. The technician refused to come back and told me to call best buy instead. I couldn't get a hold of anyone from Best buy because it was the weekend .I ended up calling my home warranty and payed them to sent an air conditioner repairman. He informed me that the thermostat was defected and needed to be replaced. I finally called best buy to complain and I was told it was a third party who Best buy hired to install thermostat. So disappointed .

The installer wasn't very communicative and didn't take the time to review the thermostat with me. I did not have internet at the time of the install so he told me to make another appointment a week later. I decided it was easier to figure it out on my own.
