The person who came to setup the thermostat did not look like he knew his job. He was sending pictures of the wiring to his boss for instructions. The wall mount was also done in a bad way, leaving open gaps in the wall.

The installation of my Ecobee 4 thermostat was flawless and very quick. The installer was knowledgeable and provided me with a great tutorial.

Installation went very smoothly. Love that I can adjust from my phone!

They can't do ecobee installation, only nest product.

The installer wasn't very communicative and didn't take the time to review the thermostat with me. I did not have internet at the time of the install so he told me to make another appointment a week later. I decided it was easier to figure it out on my own.

The thermostats make life a lot easier via its flexibility and robust features.

The agent was very professional and made sure that I knew how to use the thermostat and phone application before he left!

Device was supposed to b installed on 12/11 between 5-8pm. NOPE a no one showed or called. I called customer care and got no where. Sunday morning I wake up to a voicemail that was received at 10;00pm. It was the installer saying I had two minutes to call him back or he’s moving on to the next install. Really???? You have my number u couldn’t call me earlier??? Sunday morning they show up at my door. Unannounced. No text or call. The two installers were like the blind leading the blind. When I asked why they didn’t come Sat they said I called u….we had delays. Well why the heck didn’t u call when u knew u were delayed???? Called customer care AGAIN and AGAIN got no where
