The two TVs were installed easily. Unfortunately they could not install our smart thermostat.

The thermostats were not installed correctly. They set the thermostat to electric heating and not gas, so our heater was unable to turn on and our house is now freezing. This also caused a short and now we need to replace a control board for one of our systems. We are still in the works of fixing this problem, and there may be other issues due to this massive installation error. We have animals and have to wait until Monday to have this problem (hopefully) resolved, and in the meantime our house is 50°. We are extremely frustrated.

I'd thought that Geek Squad installers would have experience or at least knowledge of installation of products they sell. I was wrong. Installer tried to get me to buy a different product my research had already told me wouldn't work on my system. Muttered loudly and derisively on what I'd chosen. Wasn't able to install and burnt out the existing thermostat. Had to have an HVAC company come out on an emergency to install a different thermostat. Still got charged $140 by Geek Squad.

The thermostat was professionally installed in a timely matter and the agent assisted with setup of the thermostat on my iPhone.

The agent mounted two nest thermostats in my home. I am very much satisfied.

I keep it cold for days with my new thermostat!! It’s always on when I get home cause of the location feature
