THESE GUYS GET IT DONE-- THEY HAVE THE KNOWLEGE AND THE WHERE WITH ALL TO ACCOMPLISH THE TASK

The thermostats were not installed correctly. They set the thermostat to electric heating and not gas, so our heater was unable to turn on and our house is now freezing. This also caused a short and now we need to replace a control board for one of our systems. We are still in the works of fixing this problem, and there may be other issues due to this massive installation error. We have animals and have to wait until Monday to have this problem (hopefully) resolved, and in the meantime our house is 50°. We are extremely frustrated.
Terrible - do not use Geek Squad for Nest installs

This was a total disaster - do not use Geek squad in central NJ for this work because they only have one subcontractor. The subcontractor’s workers can only do basic plug and play, have an awful attitude as does their boss. Boss tried ‘troubleshooting’ the problem for a half hour after we finally got his crew to believe the thermostats weren’t working properly. Boss ended up telling crew to call Google customer support - who found the same problem that we had found via Google search (crew and boss wouldn’t listen). Ended up w very hot house and having to go back to old thermostats. Best Buy has ONE awful subcontractor for the whole area…
