Very efficient product installation

Installation Error

They set the thermostat to electric heating and not gas, so our heater was unable to turn on and our house is now freezing. This also caused a short and now we need to replace a control board for one of our systems. We are still in the works of fixing this problem, and there may be other issues due to this massive installation error. We have animals and have to wait until Monday to have this problem (hopefully) resolved, and in the meantime our house is 50°. We are extremely frustrated.
