Qeek Squad technician Benjamin was unable to install thermostat with "C" wire, which is what I purchased. Recommended that I get a HVAC technician for installation. Qeek Squad technicians should not be sent out to do a job that they are not trained to do or simply let us know at store that Geek Squad technicians can't install "C" wired thermostats only battery operated

Expectations not met Regarding the installation and training. It was more so on the training part as the in-depth training we were supposed to get as told by the Best Buy representative did not actually happen as the technician was at our house.

Geek squad was at my house in a timely manner, very polite and answered all my questions!

Best Buy was great but the company they Sub’d the work out to was not.
They wired my thermo-stat wrong
I had to spend over an hour on the phone with thermostat customer service to rewire
No refund was given for their error

Because of my garbage Carrier furnace I bought they were unable to install the Nest thermostat
