The Agent installed Smart Thermostat I am happy with his work

Agent was teaching another agent to install the thermostat. They failed to install it properly because now my AC does not heat. They claimed to test the heat and cooling but I noticed they left the unit in cool only. When I changed the settings to heat, the temp in my house dropped from 69 to 67. I understand it takes a few minutes for air to heat but I left it running for almost an hour and the temp only kept dropping.

Excellent know-how by the tech. He installed my thermostats very quickly: about 10 minutes each.

Representative gave instructions on use of thermostat & made sure I understood before leaving.

Took over a month for Best buy to get out to install so better off doing it yourself. Geek squad is horrible at installing on time, cancelled 3 or 4 times

Because of my garbage Carrier furnace I bought they were unable to install the Nest thermostat

I could go on and on about this, but all of it is documented in my account. "Technicial" showed up to my house with his kid. Did not introduce himself Walked in and asked if I had done my research on this thermostat because he's only tried to install 1 prior and wasn't successful. He grunted and seemed rude the entire and ended up saying he could not set it up. I asked him if we could call the Ecobee support line and he said that he's followed the book and that he's already spent more time then he should have. "Installs should only take 15 minutes" I ended up having to return my Ecobee and switch to a Nest because I was told that no one knew how to install Ecobees in San Antonio

Best Buy was great but the company they Sub’d the work out to was not. They wired my thermo-stat wrong I had to spend over an hour on the phone with thermostat customer service to rewire No refund was given for their error
