Installed wrong twice

I thought it was going to damage my system and I called immediately. Bestbuy sent someone out a few days later which I was extremely worried about. They sent the same installer back which was awkward since I tried calling him directly (he gave me his number after installing) and he wouldn't respond at all) . I thought he fixed it as it appeared to be working. What I didn't know was that the heat now doesn't shut off when it reaches it's desired temp.. it just keeps heating. I will be calling back but I'm afraid they will send the same guy again and it will still be a mess.

Thermostat is nice

Limited Thermostat Installation

Recommended that I get a HVAC technician for installation. Qeek Squad technicians should not be sent out to do a job that they are not trained to do or simply let us know at store that Geek Squad technicians can't install "C" wired thermostats only battery operated

3rd party company

Had little to no communication. last update i got was that it would be a little after 7:45. almost 9pm and they have not shown.

NOTWORTHIT
