Terrible , it was installed improperly So for 3 months my air conditioner ran every time the furnace kicked on ! 300 plus dollars in extra bills not to mention 2 days lost wages .the first geek couldn’t figure it out ( so an extra day ) very disappointing , still waiting to hear about some reimbursement!!! No return call/ I have called several times only to be transferred multiple times;(

Luck I giving a 1. Got a smart thermostat for my home and was to have Best Buy install it. They came out and could not get it to work. The air conditioning fan would not work. They then put the my old thermostat back in and it still didn’t work. It worked just find before the came. I had to call out an air conditioning company because the said it was my air conditioning. That company was there 5 minutes and had it up and running. It was there lack of ability to install it right. Now it cost me $150 and they said they would refund me and I have not got a refund and am waiting for a call back and a refund. I would not use them again.

Installed wrong twice

Was installed incorrectly. I thought it was going to damage my system and I called immediately. Bestbuy sent someone out a few days later which I was extremely worried about. They sent the same installer back which was awkward since I tried calling him directly (he gave me his number after installing) and he wouldn't respond at all) . I thought he fixed it as it appeared to be working. What I didn't know was that the heat now doesn't shut off when it reaches it's desired temp.. it just keeps heating. I will be calling back but I'm afraid they will send the same guy again and it will still be a mess.

They did a wonderful job in installing the smart thermostat. Honeywell brand is great.
