Total disaster

The unauthorized or licensed company Geek Squad sent over to install my thermostat got into the breaker box which they broke and left our house with no AC while it was legit 103 degrees outside. They said an electrician was coming over and they never arrived. Called Best Buy and made them aware. To this day I still haven't heard from Best Buy or the garbage company they sent out. Avoid like the plague.
