What a joke. The tech's that came out had no idea how to install a C wire adapter which is needed for my new nest thermostat. They said they were not authorized to install it. They installed the Thermostat which gave them an error message that i needed a c wire to work properly. they put my old thermostat back on and almost broke it, in the middle of summer I was almost left with no air conditioning.

The thermostat would not stay charged. The geek squad guy said we needed to order a special google power box that is installed in the HVAC, and have to have an air guy do it. So we order the part get air guy out here and the air guy says we don’t need that part. The blue wire behind the thermostat that the geek squad didn’t hook up, is all we need. It has work great ever since the air guy was here. Thanks for nothing geek squad.

Installed T Stat incorrectly. Sent same guy back to fix a week later. Still wrong. Week later requested actual Geek employee , not a third party vendor. Week later , they didn’t show up and never bothered to call. Complete waste. Hired own HVAC guy to fix. Tried contacting management. Impossible to contact. Spent hours with overseas service. YUK !!!!

Waited all day and when they showed up they were unable to install as the unit required one additional wire? This isn't part of the installation process? I will return the new thermostat in hopes of finding a retailer who will install a fifth wire or whatever is needed. Will most certainly pay for additional time, parts, etc.
