the system didn't have the blue/common wire which should not be an issue. The tech had no clue how to get around the issue and couldn't install the nest.

Installer didn't what he was doing. He said I was missing a wire. Cost me $50 to have an Hvac tech come out. The hvac said he didn't look for it.

The Geek Squad duo that came out to install our new thermostat were unable do so. We had to get electricians to install it. In all fairness, this is the first time the Geek Squad failed us.

The technician was a NO SHOW. I had a time period of 8 -12 I call at 1130 and did not get a callback until 5pm. They send reschedule for 5 days later and now I do not have heat because the thermostat was installed incorrect.
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your Geek Squad experience. I'm disheartened to hear of such a disappointing event. That's not the expert service we strive to bring our Clients every day. I can completely understand the frustration in making time to be available for your appointment and it not happening. You have our sincere apologies for letting you down.

Not the appropriate system for existing HVAC, agent should not have recommended. Technician noted the technical issues with regard to non-installation.

Agent don’t come and delivered or installed the product. Spent more than 2 hrs to find out the issue . I don’t get the product and not Installed. but no one is helping me to provide solution

i want my refund back. Stop telling me i will get a call back from back end team to get the refund .I have been waiting forever .

2 gentlemen showed up to do the install, but when they realized I had to C wire, they said they couldn't do it. I waited all day for someone else to show up or call, nothing. Next day I called an cancelled.
Thank you for sharing your Smart Thermostat Installation service experience with us. As a homeowner, I can imagine how disappointed I would be if that installation could not be completed due to the home heating system not having been setup with the required wiring. My understanding is that the C-Wire or “common wire” is what provides continuous power to the thermostat and would be required for a smart thermostat to function. I apologize as it sounds like additional service may be required on that heating system wiring that our installation team would not be able to provide.
