Agents could NOT install the Nest thermostat. Will have to return it

Did not connect the sensors to the thermostat
I messaged the installer but he did not reply

DO NOT USE MASTEC. FAILED TO SHOW UP FOR APPOINTMENT. NO PHONE CALL THEN THEY DELETED MY APPOINTMENT SO THAT THEY COULDNT BE TRACKED FOR A NO SHOW.

I still haven’t had it installed because the 3rd party installers didn’t show up or call me 3 times
