    I just had the iSimple for Android installed in my car and I love it! I don't have an Android phone or anything but the installer said the AUX input that comes with the kit would work with my iPod, which it does. It was a very quick process & took about an hour (I think that may have been because the Best Buy I went to is not an extremely busy store). The sound quality is great and songs on my ipod pretty much just sound like they're being played on the radio. I was nervous because after I made an appointment online, one page said to bring any hardware you want installed. I hadn't purchased anything yet because I wasn't sure what product would have been best for my car. Thankfully when I got there, the installer guy gave me a recommendation of one to have installed and it was great! It totaled to about $150. So far, I'm really happy with both the iSimple and the installation process! I plan on getting more upgrades for my car very soon

    Perfect and Professional

    Jordan and the Goodyear Arizona BestBuy was the installer for my iSimple Connect product. He was very professional and courteous. I asked that he test out the Connect before he drills holes for the connectors and such and he did so with out hesitation. I was a little worried that the product would not sync properly with my vehicle but it did just fine. Jordan took his time to install everything and asked where I would like the USB and AUX jacks installed. He suggested a much cleaner and concealed location that was easily accessible. Upon completion he gave a rundown on how to use the product. I would definitely recommend this facility for installs. About 13 years ago I used to install car stereos and car alarms. The product is very simple to install but the price included installation so I figured I might as well let the more up to date installed do the installation. I couldn't have installed it better myself.

    Expensive but cheaper than other car audio install

    Although 50 for 30min worth of work is expensive they do take the liability of breaking something in your dash. I checked at Audio Express before coming to best Buy and they(BestBuy) was $10 cheaper. Techs made quick work of it.

    Spent 4hours with Tres and Luis chasing issues with an install I did at home. These guys did great work! Found my mistake and made time in their day to do the fix. I am very happy and would like their supervisors to know these guys do quality, knowledgeable work. Thanks guys.

    Horrible customer service in Springfield, MO

    I made an appointment online to have mp3 installment done on my vehicle. I live in a town that does not have a best buy, so I would have to travel 90 miles to the nearest one to get this done. I then called the store to make sure they'd have the part in or what I needed to do to insure the part was in since I don't necessarily know what they would need to have this done. The clerk I spoke to was rude, stated that I needed to come in and purchase the part before the work could be done (yes, of course, that is why I am calling...), that he had no clue what I was wanting done despite me telling him I have an appointment for later on in the week for mp3 installation to be able to play an ipod/iphone in the vehicle. I told him again what I was wanting done and he rudely told me that they don't even make appointments until the person comes in and buys the part. I explained again that I simply wanted to know what they had in stock for what I am needing done, and the clerk hung up on me. Appointment will be canceled and I will never use this store for service regardless of what it is.

    Nothing really to add. The install was a smooth experience. Both the manager and the tech were helpful in relation to product selection. And instructions on use. The tech had the install completed very quickly.

    Car Audio Installation

    First off, this is my first review I ever written for any company or business. With that being said, if you are looking to get a radio installed, please make sure you do your research on your vehicle to see if there are any related problems pertaining to installing aftermarket radios. I had a radio installed and soon after I experienced numerous battery drains and found myself jump starting my car 4 times a week. The best buy technicians will tell you that something else is wrong with your vehicle without even taking the time do simple research to find the issue. I spent 2 months trying to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle just to find myself back at the best buy where it all started. The technician emphasized to me that I had only TWO options on how to solve my problem (based on his previous experiences I am assuming). So after speaking to another technician (at the same best buy) and doing research online I was able to find a third solution to my problem from a two minute you tube clip which ultimately prove the previous technician wrong. The technician was able to perform the fix, and since I have not experienced any battery drain problems. The particular best buy technicians I encountered demonstrated a lack of understanding and knowledge when it came to my vehicle and also showed the unwillingness to exhaust their resources to help find a solution. Unfortunately for myself I lost money on trips to multiple mechanics, and a new battery ultimately doing what the best buy techs recommended I do to solve my problem. After speaking to the store manager, and explaining the details, he was unable to offer any store credit giving the stress and aggravation I went through at the expense and recommendations from their geek squad technicians. I have had one past experience regarding an issue I dealt with at another best buy and the manager more than happily compensated me. So now I see that I do not need to visit this particular best buy which is located in Manassas, VA, and I will be making all future purchases with their neighboring best buy located in Gainesville, VA. I recommend others to do the same who live in this particular area.

    I didn't get an mp3 player installed, but this is what I was charged for. It was Bluetooth that they did through my radio. It's horrible. I can no longer listen to fm stations and the device works rarely. I'm so disappointed.

    Do not take your car to best buy at WOODMORE TWNE CTR MD (Store 1776) 2300 Petrie Ln Lanham, MD 20706 The customer service is poor and the quality work is bad. Agent expertise is very low.
